Skylux has provided top notch customer service, especially the agent Reggie. I booked my flight two months in advance which got cancelled a month later by the airline and Skylux promptly acted to get a refund then proceeded to find me another flight. They found one in the same time frame that I needed and similar price all within one hour of finding out the airline had cancelled my flight.
