The agent was very knowledgeable and polite. I flew with a 1 year old baby, and 24 hours before my flight I remembered I forgot to ask for a bassinet seat... When I called the airlines to assign it, I pleasantly found out my agent had already done it for me (without my knowledge). Just wow... what an proactive company! I would highly recommend it.
