- GET YOUR REFERRAL CODEReferral codes are sent in a separate email once your first purchase since July 2016 is complete and tickets are issued.

- REFERRED CUSTOMERS GIVE YOUR CODE TO OUR TRAVEL MANAGERAn instant $100 discount is applied to the referred customer’s first eligible purchase when they provide a referral code during their initial contact with our Travel Manager or once they submit a form from an invite page.
- TRACK YOUR PROGRESSAs every referring customer’s code is unique, we know exactly whose SkyLux account to apply the $100 bonus to. You can track your referral success and view your total bonus by entering your SkyLux account on our website.
- GET A DISCOUNT WHEN YOU BUY TICKETSIf you’re a referring customer and you want to purchase tickets using your account balance, our system recognizes your email address and applies the discount automatically. No need to provide your referral code.
Program Rules

- To start getting bonuses for referring friends and colleagues you must have a Referral Code, which is issued to every customer who successfully makes a purchase starting from July 2016.
- You get one $100 credit bonus for every new SkyLux Travel customer you refer, regardless of how many tickets they buy, once they get their discount using your referral code.
- Referral bonuses are accumulated in your SkyLux account and are valid for 365 days from the date they were added.
- Bonus discounts for referred customers are worth $100.
Restrictions
- SkyLux Travel reserves the right to end or modify the offer at any time without giving notice.
- Referred customers can only use one referral code and get one discount reward, which is automatically applied to their first eligible purchase.
- Referring customers cannot use another referring customer’s code to get a discount or provide their own referral codes to be entered intro friends' requests.
- Discount is applicable to cross regional premium economy, business and first class flights excluding travel between North America and the Caribbean countries, Mexico and Canada.
- SkyLux Travel may terminate an agreement with a customer based on this Rules at any time if they are in breach of this Rules and/or we suspect that a customer is about to commit a breach of this Rules.
Redemption
- Referred customers who want to apply a discount to their purchase must provide a valid Referral Code while contacting our Travel Managers for the first time or submit a Free Request form from a friend's invite page with a code included.
- Referring customers who want to apply an accumulated bonus discount to their purchase have to provide their participating email address.
- Discounts can be used to purchase flight tickets of any value. The total purchase price can be reduced by up to 20%.
- If a referred customer uses only part of their discount, the rest will be transferred to their SkyLux account and they can use it in addition to other bonuses gained for referring new customers.

What is the SkyLux Referral Program?
The SkyLux Referral Program is our way of saying ‘Thank you!’ to all our customers for booking with us and spreading the word about our company. It’s also a great opportunity to save money on airline tickets.
How do I take part?
There are two ways you can join our Referral Program:
- Become a referring customer: Make a purchase, receive a Referral Code, share it with your colleagues, friends and family, and get bonuses when they get their first discount using your Referral Code.
- Become a referred customer: Get a Referral Code from your colleague or friend, provide it to our Travel Manager and get a discount on your first eligible purchase with us.
What are the rewards?
Referring customers receive $100 in their SkyLux account for every new customer who gets a discount using their referral code, and referred customers get a $100 discount on their first eligible purchase.
Who can I refer?
You can refer colleagues, friends or family who haven' made purchases from SkyLux Travel before and who are not yet participating in the program as referring customers.
How do I refer them?
Share your Referral Code with your friends and colleagues and make sure they give your Code to our Travel Managers during their first call with us.
Where can I find my Referral Code?
Once your purchase has been processed and confirmed, you will receive a separate email containing your Referral Code. You can also find your Code in your SkyLux account information. A registration link will be included into notifications regarding accrued bonuses.
If my friend provides you with a different email address than the one I used for the referral, will I still get credit?
Yes! As long as your friend provides us with your Referral Code, they can use any email address to make a purchase.
How long do I have to wait for my bonus after my friend makes a purchase using my Referral Code?
Your bonus will be applied within 72 hours of your friend confirming their purchase.
How much can I save by participating in the SkyLux Referral Program?
- As a Referring Customer, your SkyLux account balance is automatically used to save up to 20% of the total cost of each of your subsequent purchases.
- As a Referred Customer, you can use the $100 allowance to save up to 20% on the total price of the purchase you make.
Will bonuses on my SkyLux account expire?
Yes. Each bonus applied to your account balance will expire 365 days after the date it was added.
How do I know how many of my friends have used my Referral Code and how much bonus I’ve earned?
You’ll receive a notification email every time somebody gets their first discount using your Code. Additionally, you can find detailed statistics on your bonuses in your SkyLux account information.
Is there any limit to how many people I can refer and how much bonus I can get?
No, there are no restrictions on that.
I made a purchase after June 2016, but I haven’t received an email with my Referral Code. What should I do?
First of all, make sure that you have received a purchase confirmation email. The Referral Code is sent right after that. If the purchase has been confirmed but you still haven’t received your code, please email us at [email protected] with your Sale ID.
When will this Program end?
There is currently no end date, but SkyLux Travel reserves the right to end or modify the offer at any time without giving notice.
